Racing to fix our customers needs  

Welcome to this working page, which gives some idea as to what I do and telephone numbers for contact. Our aim is always to offer a professional service, whilst at the same time developing a friendly relationship with all our customers, whether they be a home owner or a business user.

Working in the suburbs of Cardiff and surrounding areas, we are building a reputation which means those customers are happy to see myself and my colleague return again and again. When a problem needs fixing, it's a lot easier if you have someone you can trust to turn to.

Your immediate priority may be something quite small and simple. Do call.  That is the nature of a handyman service - to fix various maintenance jobs, no matter how small they might be. Such a repair might be completed in five minutes; half an hour; or perhaps half a day. I am always in the area and happy to make appointments to suit.

Beyond fixings carried out on my own,  I also work with a friend and colleague. Together we can handle larger, heavier and more complicated projects, perhaps running into several days. We also work together on selected smaller jobs, where combined forces mean we can often complete and be out of your way more quickly.

Living in the Heath area, I find myself regularly passing customers houses in the course of a normal day. Calling in to complete some small fixing therefore does not involve any call out charge. 

Prices can only be judged as a matter of experience, but my customers are happy to call me back, which is the nicest form of feedback.  I sum it up best by the logo on my van, which reads 'quality work at friendly prices'.  Nobody is ever treated with other than kindness and respect - your repeat business is my future living. (All work is guaranteed in that if you are not entirely happy, we will come back at no charge. Fully covered by insurance as we work).

For business users we offer a regular call in service - or do give us a ring as and when needed. A clean dependable trustworthy service.  Account facilities for regular users. (Reliable service for landlords and if you are not resident in Cardiff, we can look after maintenance for you via e mail with photographic record. Similarly if you are looking after a dependent relative in Cardiff, we are sensitive to such needs and pleased to be your local link).
